When you purchase an original painting or print of an image from Dahlia Lounge, you are purchasing the painting or actual print and are granted the right to display it for non commercial purposes. You may not scan, copy, resell, publish or utilise the image or written content without written permission. You own the painting or print but not the rights to the image.

Before signing for your parcel you should check that the packaging is in good condition. If it is not then you should open and inspect the item BEFORE signing. If you do not open the parcel please sign as "unchecked" otherwise any damage cannot be claimed. If it is damaged you must inform both us and the courier within 48 hours. If you do not tell us within 48 hours of receiving it, a claim cannot be considered as this would be outside of contract with our couriers. On very rare occasions postage may vary slightly for a country due to courier country groupings or price changes, in which case you will receive an email asking if you want to go ahead.
For UK postage : highlands and islands may be more expensive but you will be asked if you want to go ahead before the item is dispatched. Returns : You change your mind We hope you are pleased with your purchase but we will accept a return if you inform us on an email within 7 days and return it to us within 14 days from the date you informed us. Return post must be recorded delivery with a 'certificate of posting' for proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. The risk in returning the item will remain with the buyer until received and accepted by Dahlia Lounge. We will refund the full price of the item but not the postage paid by the customer and return postage is to be paid by the customer.. Please note we can only accept items back in perfect condition. The customer has a duty of care to return the goods unused, in their original condition and adequately protected and packaged. Any items returned creased, damaged or with packaging missing will not be replaced or credited.
You need to include your name, address, telephone number, order number and certificate of authenticity. Please contact us for return shipping address. We will not be liable for any interest charges made by your credit/debit card company during the process of goods being returned.

We need a photograph of the damage to consider a claim. In most cases the item will need to be returned to Dahlia Lounge by the customer. The risk in returning the item will remain with the buyer until received and accepted by Dahlia Lounge. If Dahlia Lounge find upon receipt of the returned item that it is indeed damaged then the customer is entitled to a replacement item or a full refund plus re-imbursement of original postage and the return postage costs. Please state whether you would prefer a refund or replacement so that when we receive it and confirm it is damaged, we can action this. The goods then need to be returned to us and received within 14 days of the date you informed us of the damage.

Delivery Information Normal reasonable delivery schedules prevail on most orders as quickly as we can. However, due to occasional circumstances which may affect our dispatch services, it is not possible to guarantee any specific delivery date. Any particular delivery requests will be considered at our discretion, if accepted this will be granted on the understanding that this will be entirely at the customers risk. Most items require a signature on delivery. Deliveries can only be made to the card holders address. Please be aware of the possible difficulties encountered when not receiving delivered goods in person. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver goods to BFPO or PO Box addresses. General
Dahlia Lounge has the right to cancel any order at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at anytime at our discretion. In the event of a high demand which delays availability, if a payment has gone through but we are out of stock, we will contact you with a revised delivery date or the option to have a refund.
We endeavour to display the colour of paintings and prints as accurately as possible but computer screens and colour of prints may vary slightly.
Modification of Terms We reserve the right to revise the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time without notice to you. Any revisions are effective immediately and binding. Please check to see the current Terms and any changes that may have been made to them. Your continued use of the site following any changes indicates that you have read, understood and agree to these terms of use. We reserve the right to change prices or withdraw any products or content from this website at any time.

We will not sell or distribute information about you without your consent unless required to do so by law.
