with vivid colour based on scarf designs and the illustration and
photography in
fashion and interiors magazines of the 1950s and 1960s. There was a
particular type of placement in the way shapes of people
were used across the space, particularly a square, creating abstract blocks of colour, which I
was playing with in these paintings.
This is a Limited Edition Series of 100 but may be purchased as a Scarf Textile Design. Purchasing this print does not allow reproduction as a textile design without discussion of cost and permission.
Giclée prints are professionally printed on high quality fine textured acid free 270 gsm fine art paper.
